What data we process

This website is a static presentation site. It does not collect data through forms and does not store personal data about visitors in its own systems.

When you contact us, your data is processed as follows:

The contact form opens in the Microsoft Forms service. The information requested on the form is stored in our Microsoft 365 environment and is used only for responding to your enquiry.
Appointment booking is done in the Microsoft Bookings service. The booking details (name, contact details, time) are stored in our calendar for handling the booking.
Email and phone: your message and contact details exist only in the email or telephone system they arrive in. They are used for responding to your enquiry.
Remote support is established through the nopeatuki.fi service only at your initiative. The connection is opened as a session, and when it ends, access to your computer is closed.

You will not be added to a mailing list, and your data will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and visitor analytics

The website does not use cookies. Visitor analytics is done with the Cloudflare Web Analytics service, which works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

The website's fonts, images and videos are served from our own service provider (Cloudflare), not from external services. Your IP address does not end up with a third party when you open a page.

Where the data is located

The website is served from the EU. The data from contact requests and bookings is processed in our Microsoft 365 environment. Data is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.
