# Apple support for business – Macs, iPhones and iPads from the same IT friend
Windows and Mac in the same company isn’t a problem — it’s our everyday work

Many IT partners only master the Windows world, and the company’s Macs are left to fend for themselves. Not with us: a significant share of our customers’ devices are Apple’s, and we support both environments with the same grip — one number is enough, whichever computer you use.

## What does Apple support include?
- Support for Macs, iPhones and iPads. The same support as for Windows computers: remotely, by phone and on site. You can also bring your device to our store in Helsinki.
- Device management for Apple devices too. Our device management covers Apple devices. When needed, we enrol them in Apple Business Manager or Microsoft Intune — the choice is made based on your environment.
- Procurement through official channels. We supply Apple devices through official wholesalers, set up and ready to use — just like Windows computers.
- Repairs by authorised service, handled by us. We don’t repair Apple devices ourselves — we take the device to an authorised service provider on your behalf and handle the process, so you don’t have to.

## Windows and Mac under the same roof?
A mixed environment is an ordinary situation for us, not a special case. The designers’ Macs, the sales team’s Windows computers and everyone’s iPhones stay managed with the same grip — and you always call the same number.

## Frequently asked questions about Apple support
Do you support Apple devices?
Yes. Macs, iPhones and iPads get the same support from us as Windows computers: remote support, phone support and on-site visits. A significant share of our customers’ devices are Apple’s.

Do you repair Apple devices yourselves?
We don’t repair them ourselves — we take the device to an authorised Apple service provider on your behalf and handle the process. You don’t have to queue for service yourself.
