Answer about ten questions and see which AI tool fits your environment and security, where to start and what to learn first. Our training Our AI services ## How does the assessment work? The questions cover which tools you already use, what kind of information you handle and what you want help with. The answers produce a recommendation with reasons, a comparison of all options, security limits and a list of what to learn first. Everything is calculated in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for the report or send the result to us. ## Which tools are compared? - Microsoft Copilot. Microsoft's AI in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot. Uses your own files and email, and the data stays in your Microsoft tenant in the EU. Requires a Microsoft 365 licence and a Copilot licence. - Microsoft Copilot Chat. Chat AI that works with a Microsoft 365 sign-in and no extra licence. Does not see your files, but conversations under a work account are not used for training. - ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. OpenAI's chat AI for business use (Business, formerly Team, and Enterprise). Versatile in writing, analysis and ideation. Business tiers do not use conversations for training; EU data residency is available on Enterprise, check the terms. - Claude for Work. Anthropic's AI, strong with long texts, analysis and programming. Business tiers do not use conversations for training; check the contract for data location. - Gemini in Workspace. Google's AI in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet. The natural choice in a Google Workspace environment; the EU data region covers Gemini from Business Standard up, check your own agreement. - Mistral Le Chat. Chat AI from the European company Mistral, hosted in the EU. On the business tier conversations are not used for training and transfers outside the EU can be blocked. An option when there is no Microsoft or Google environment. - Perplexity. AI specialised in research that shows its sources. Data is processed in the United States; the free version may use your searches to improve the model, the business version does not. Good for fact-finding, not for confidential data. ## Why does security decide the choice? Many companies end up with Microsoft Copilot because it handles data in the company's own tenant in the EU and does not train on it. If your work involves customer data or confidential material, the range of options is narrower than the adverts suggest. The assessment takes this into account first and tells you what must not be given to AI in your case. ## How is the training built? We do not run generic courses. Training is always built around the customer's work, material and security limits. The assessment ends with a list of focus points, and when you send it to us, we get the same list and can propose content for your exact needs. ## What happens to the data? The assessment does not store answers. If you ask for the report by email, it is sent only to you. If you send the assessment to us, the answers, your contact details and the cover note go by email to tuki@developit.fi and are used only to get in touch. The details are in the privacy notice.
